Phoenix Fashion Week: October 1st – 3rd, 2015 at Talking Stick Resort

If you’ve been reading thefoxykat.com, then you know my obvious love for fashion. If you’ve been reading since last year, then you’re familiar with my experience at Phoenix Fashion Week last year. (Here are some past blog posts if you need a refresher: Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3.) This is the premiere fashion event in the Valley. For 2015, the Phoenix Fashion Week team traveled to ten cities to find the best emerging designers. From there they reviewed many applications to handpick thirteen finalists who are currently attending a four-month apparel boot camp. The boot camp allows each designer to strengthen their business skills and grow their brand by competing in various challenges leading up to fashion week. The winner of the Emerging Designer Contest is officially announced on the closing night of fashion week and receives a prize package valued at over $10,000 of goods and services to assist them in successfully launching their brand. Not only is the Phoenix Fashion Week team giving someone the opportunity of a lifetime, but they’re also allowing the Valley to experience top fashion designers in Arizona and all over the United States right in our backyard.

Date: Thursday, October 1st, Friday, October 2nd, and Saturday, October 3rd. *Each night will feature different designers, so make sure you purchase tickets for each day.
Time: 5:00pm: Doors Open Nightly- Enjoy shopping at the Style Villa (trunk sales with the designers)
6:00pm: Registration Opens- Show your printed or smartphone ticket for seat assignment. *You cannot get to the runway without check-in for seat assignment.
7:30pm: Runway Seating- The show will start each night promptly at 8pm. *At pre-showtime (7:50pm) if you are not seated, your seat will be forfeited with no refunds.
