I have a silver watch, a gold watch, a white ceramic watch, and a black leather watch, but never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I could own a wood watch! When I saw JORD Watches on several of my friend’s Instagrams and blogs, I knew that it was a “must-have” for my winter wardrobe. Then I received an email from JORD Watches asking me to review their watch on TFK blog and it was a sign from the universe, or an early Christmas present. Either way I was stoked to try out this unique watch!

The watch that I chose to review is from the Frankie Series and is the zebrawood and blue combination. It’s a really cool watch! I prefer larger watches, so this one is perfect for me at 45mm. Plus, being that it is made out of wood, it is so light unlike my other large metal watches. I actually don’t have a brown watch, so the zebrawood watch is a great addition to my watch collection. It pairs well with earthy tones, tans, browns and even black too. The zebrawood has stripes through out the watch with a balance of darker and lighter shades of browns, so rather than having a solid color to match, it allows for multiple shades and tones to be worn together. I am a huge fan of blue. You’ll notice throughout my wardrobe I choose various shades of blue, so having a blue faced watch just makes sense for me. It also has silver accents, which is great because I only have one silver watch and need more items to pair with my silver jewelry.
