Summer nights and Sam Hunt is what inspired this look. I’ve been waiting for tonight for months, ever since Aaron bought tickets to the 15 in a 30 Tour with one of my favorite country singers and song writers Sam Hunt as the headliner and a newly favorite female vocalist Maren Morris as the opening act. Outdoor concert nights are the best! I love the memories of grabbing a blanket and hanging out in the grass at Ak Chin Pavilion back in the day. I remember seeing Train and Sheryl Crow when I was in high school. These days I’m not one for fighting the crowds, so luckily Aaron found VIP tickets that allow you to walk through a special entrance and we have a straight path to our seats up front. It’s hot in Arizona, especially at Ak Chin Pavilion, so I chose a light weight crinkled crop top from Verity and my favorite cut off shorts this season from Blank NYC Jeans. For this look, I borrowed a hat from Erika Greene to add that country feel. The silver steer necklace and turquoise ring are from Pure Life Jewelry, which has the perfect combination of boho meets Southwestern feel. The belt was actually my moms from when our family first moved to Arizona in 1989, but I snagged it from her closet since it was only picking up dust. I like to wear it backwards to show off the beaded details, but it makes it really challenging for when I have to use the restroom. The chunky bracelet is also vintage from a local estate sale. Lastly, I decided to go with Sam Edelman sandals instead of Cowboy boots because I haven’t been able to find the right pair. Plus, it’s too hot out to be wearing boots right now.

I’M A CONCERT LOVER!!! I spend most of my money on concert. I just love the energy and vibe of them. Not a country fan and I don’t know how Sam is…sorry!! but I bet it was a wonderful moment for you.
