Last month I had the pleasure of working with Harpreet Maan. She is the creator of the fashion and lifestyle blog, HMaan. She has always designed and made clothes for herself, but recently she’s starting designing for the everyday women. I’ve been a fan of Harpreet’s style for a few years now from following her on Instagram and more recently we had the chance to connect in person. Other than being each other’s body double (I literally fit into all of her clothes perfectly!) I also found out that we have a similar background. We’ve both worked in tech (she currently still does), but we each crave creativity in our day-to-day lives and express ourselves through fashion.

Harpreet has taken influences from Eastern and Western cultures and is merging them into her custom-made clothing line. The images you see in this blog post are of a pair of pants that she’s handmade, paired with one of her bodysuits. As you can see, these pants do not have a lining and are see through so that you can wear them to the beach or the pool and show off your swimwear. I’m also loving the trend of wearing a bodysuit with a slightly see through bottom for a little added sex appeal. Click here for another example of this trend! The great thing about Harpreet’s pieces are the mix and match element that they offer. You can really wear these pants with any style that you’re going for, whether it’s more glam like you see here or if you want to tone them down, I’d suggest wearing a black t-shirt to make them feel more casual.

I enjoyed playing dress up with Harpreet’s designs. There are a ton of colorful prints that have matching pieces or again you can mix and match with a solid. Everything is custom made, so the quality is a great deal for the price. If you’re looking for something that no one else has and you are the type of person who likes to stand out in a crowd I would highly suggest reaching out to Harpreet to view her latest collection. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the look below!
