My go-to look this winter is my white Express sweater, grey denim Joe’s Jeans and tan Dolce Vita booties. I love how effortless this outfit is. I love pairing my Julie Vos pendant necklace and my Clutch Railway wrap bracelet/choker. The yellow gold adds a warmth to the look and a red lip gives a pop of color. The necklace is 24k gold plate with a 39″ double loop chain, which is extremely long and adding the coin pendant, the necklace is surprisingly heavy (which is needed for necklaces of this length.) The wrap bracelet is made by a designer who was mentioned in another blog post, but this is the first time I’m showing off my Railway wrap bracelet. Today might be one of the last days in Arizona that we’ll be able to get away with wearing a light sweater. The beauty of a cable sweater like this is that you can discreetly wear only a nude bra underneath and enjoy how breathable the sweater really is. When it’s colder outside you can layer a tank underneath and a fur vest on top. My favorite denim color this season is gray. It matches almost everything and is a great alternative to the true blue denim look. I think it pairs nicely with tan booties and the suede gives another texture to the look.
This is the last look in my sweater series. I collaborated with Brian Hines Photography in all three looks. Brian is an old friend who I met while working at GoDaddy a few years back. He moved away from Arizona and spent a couple years in Portland where he mastered is photography skill. He splits his time in the states and in Mexico and offers photography packages at his beach house. You’ll notice the amazing sunset photos on his website that are from this package. He’s done shoots from newborns, newlyweds, fashion, concerts, weddings, editorial, etc. He’s really done it all. Although I think he’s great at everything, I’m obsessed with his photos that involve bright colors and or motion. He has a knack for capturing the best moments.
