This spring I am loving the effortless glam look for black tie events. For this look, Lauren Wohlin of Gossamer salon (info at the bottom) prepped my hair by creating textured curls, which were featured here (keep an eye out for the tutorial in a future blog post.) She calls these waves the “Selena” wave after Selena Gomez who often rocks these kind of curls. From there she pieced my hair together in a low textured bun, which is a great go-to style. It is so elegant and classy, but not too constricting or overly styled. The hair trends these days are all about texture, whether your hair is up or down, which lends for a more unique look.
