Last month I attended a local Arizona market in downtown Phoenix at Warehouse 215 at Bentley Projects. AZ Share That You Care market is put on by Pineapple Triangle and typically happens twice a year in May and October. I’m so excited to share with you the local artists and vendors who were in attendance. It ranged from women empowerment groups to custom furniture to jewelry to hand-made products like candles and soaps to vintage buttons and so much more! The are too many shops to talk about in this blog post that I will be breaking down my reviews by category.
Even if you don’t live in Arizona, don’t worry, most shops sell their products online or you can contact them directly to order. October was the best time for a market like this. If only I planned ahead, I could have found something on everyone’s Christmas list and knocked out my holiday shopping in one afternoon. In case you’re in the same boat as me, search for “Gift Giving” on my blog and all of the posts associated and tagged with gift giving ideas will pull up to make it easier for you to plan your shopping.
Not only were there over 60 vendors at the event, there were food trucks, an espresso cart and a bar that made delicious mimosas! I loved the decor of the event and the different things to do. My favorite part is meeting so many creative people and learning their story of how they got to where they are and what they do. I ended up staying most of the day. You can definitely say that I had a good time. The best thing about AZ Share That You Care is that it’s a big enough market to offer a variety of products and shops, but it’s not too big that you’re forced to wait in line to enter or that it’s too packed to be able to walk around and have those conversations with the artists. I’m very excited to drill down and talk about the different vendors that I met. In the meantime you can take a look at the full vendor list below. For everyone who missed out this year, make sure to follow The Pineapple Triangle (info on their website) so that you don’t miss the next market.
