It’s pretty incredible to see how quickly companies have completely pivoted their business models during the outbreak of COVID-19. For example, fine dinning restaurants are now offering to-go orders only and group fitness studios are now offering virtual workouts that you can do from home. Since we don’t know how long the US will be in a quarantine state, I decided to pull together all of the virtual workouts that I know about. The beauty of doing an online workout class is that you no longer have geographical constraints. You can essentially test a workout from any gym that is offering virtual sessions around the globe. If you’re reading this and you’ve done an amazing workout that isn’t listed, please comment below with the name of the gym, and the URL to their virtual workouts so that we can all try it! A lot of the virtual workouts that I’m sharing are from fitness studios that I highlighted in my blog post “Tour de Fit” in the Valley.

– HITT + Boxing + Bootcamp + Strength Based Exercises –

After It Training – Group and Personal Training. 250 W Baseline Rd #101, Tempe, AZ 85283; After It Training is offering an At Home Challenge that includes short competition-style challenges, bonus challenges, access to their Facebook group, personalized coaching and prizes. Click here for more information.

BODI – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Boxing. 6820 E 5th Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251; BODI is offering online workouts via Zoom and they are posting updates to their Instagram fairly regularly.  These are free for members or $40 for non-members. More info about these workouts can be found in a few TFK blog posts here.

TruFusion – Bootcamp, Battle Ropes & Boxing, Kettlebells, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Cycle, and more. 14202 N Scottsdale Rd suite 114, Scottsdale, AZ 85254; They are currently offering multiple classes from 6am to 9pm throughout weekdays. Click here for the online class schedule.

– Yoga + Barre + Pilates –

Barre3 – A combination of yoga, barre and pilates techniques in North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Chandler. This studio has always offered online classes, so it was a smooth transition for their students. They’re currently offering a free trial here.  (TFK blog posts here.)

Club Pilates – Group pilates classes. 18 Arizona locations; Club Pilates is offering live streaming workouts to their Club Pilates GO Facebook page and has a Club Pilates On Demand membership available with a 7 day trial. (TFK blog post here.)

CorePower Yoga – High intensity hot yoga. Central Phoenix, Chandler, North Scottsdale, Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Tempe/ASU. This studio is keeping you updated on their website here and offers CorePower Yoga On Demand with a free week to start.

Metta Yoga – Metta Yoga is San Francisco Bay Area yoga studio in Marin County California, in Corte Madera, that is edgy and fun, but still deeply rooted in yogic tradition. This studio is offering anywhere from 4-6 live streaming classes a day. Click here to sign up. Plus, they have live streaming classes for your kiddos too! (TFK blog post here.)

TenPoint5 – Barre studio. 5813 N 7th Street, Suite 102, Phoenix, Arizona 85014; This studio is offering online streaming classes to their members and has a few recorded class videos on their Facebook page.

– Spin Classes –

CycleBar – Premier indoor stadium cycling with stats. Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, and Scottsdale; While it’s hard to spin at home, unless you have a stationary bike, CycleBar is asking the community to support your studio during closures by purchasing a gift card.

Peloton – Workouts streamed live and on-demand with branded workout equipment in your home. Man, I’m so happy that Aaron and I decided to purchase a stationary bike from Peloton a couple months ago. It’s keeping me sane, plus it offers more than just cycling – cardio classes, stretching, yoga, etc. Currently, the company has closed their retail locations until Monday, March 30. Click here to stay up to date on all things COVID-19 and click here for a gift of $100 off accessories when you sign up with my referral code. $100 covers clip-in cycling shoes and/or weights!

Scottsdale Bike Co. – 2902 N 68th St #120, Scottsdale, AZ 85251; If you’re sick of streaming workouts and want to get out of your house, I highly recommend purchasing a bike if you don’t already have one. This is the best activity to do outside because you’re always at a 6 foot distance from anyone else around you. I’ve heard that the parks are getting over crowded from too many people hiking and walking through them at the same time. If you’re local, I purchased my bike and my helmet from Scottsdale Bike Co and had an awesome experience!
