There’s a feeling I get every time I walk into a Nordstrom store no matter what town, city or state I’m in. If I had to put this feeling into words, I guess it would be a sense of comfort. Mainly it’s a comfort in knowing that shiny new things make me feel happy! But, the sense of comfort is primarily from the employees that I come in contact with. Nordstrom has always been known for their outstanding customer service. More than that, I greatly enjoy sparking up a conversation with a complete stranger who also shares a love for shiny new things.
Nordstrom Rack is no different. The sales associates are just as friendly, the quality is just the same and best part of all is that the price points are lower!
Now that I got that all out of my system, I am pleased to announce the GRAND OPENING of Nordstrom Rack at Tempe Marketplace!!! Tonight a couple friends and I were invited to the Pre-Opening Party from 4pm-8pm. You better believe we were there as they opened their doors. As you can see we snagged a ton of goodies, but don’t worry the deals are still going on and the merchandise is still there (when we left).
From the adorable little champagne bottles labeled “pop, clink, shop”, to the water bottles stating “hydrate for the style hunt” and the yummy passed hors d’oeuvres, I could have moved in. Instead I took advantage of the additional 25% off any item with a red mark-down tag as well as triple points and I’m pretty sure I bought as many purses that could fit on my arms.
1. Designer Purses – I found Tory Burch, Loeffler Randall, Rebecca Minkoff and Michael Kors to name a few.
2. Designer Watches – I splurged on a Burberry watch and a Michele watch!!
3. Designer Jeans – There are a lot of great brands and styles around the $70-80 price point! I had my eye on some black denim by Paige and J Brand, but they were a little short for my giraffe legs.
4. Designer Shoes – Tory Burch and Coach were very prominent. I highly suggest browsing here for some great fall boots and pumps.
5. Fall Styles – My shopping wing-woman found an amazing light fall jacket that will look amazing over skinny jeans or with a sleek dress.
If you don’t work tomorrow and have an itch for doing some damage, Nordstrom Rack will start their Grand Opening event at 8am sharp, so don’t be late! A BIG thank you to Nordstrom Rack for the invitation to your pre-opening party along with the yummy treats, re-usable bag, and amazing goodies at ridiculously affordable prices.
