IMG_7697My all time go-to outfit is a pair of jeans and a flowy silk blouse. Especially when it involves Diane Von Furstenberg and Joe’s Jeans. Add my vintage coach purse, a gold Marc Jacobs watch and a pair of gold framed Ray-Ban’s and you’re all set. Don’t forget about the necklace.

IMG_7700IMG_7702This outfit is perfect for all weather climates. The photos are actually from summer time, but switch out the gold sandals for a pair of boots and you have the perfect winter ensemble. I love the classic black and white combination. Adding a hot pink lip, and gold accents from the jewelry and shoes really helps to brighten up the look and add some color. If you’re wanting something warmer on your toes, I’d suggest a black riding boot that has gold accents.

My outfit is only complete with my absolute favorite Coach shoulder bag. Big secret, I found it at Buffalo Exchange several years ago. I saw one there similar to this a couple years before that, but it had some damage from wear and I decided to hold out for one that was “newer.” I’m so glad I did. It’s super basic, but matches most, fits most and is so comfortable on my shoulder or as a cross body. I also featured this purse in a post last spring, here. The necklace was mentioned a little over a week ago, here.

My favorite thing about the top is that it’s actually a little sheer. If you wear a nude bra no one can really tell, but you might want to put a cami on underneath to wear to work. If you’re going out for drinks, you can always make it a little risque with a black bra peaking through ever so slightly. The fabric is a crepe silk; it’s so soft and delicate. The pleats and neckline are constructed to perfectly flatter your body. I love the little details that they put into the top, like the button loop design at the neck and the bracelet length sleeves.
