Holiday Party Makeup with June Pearl Beauty

This season I’ve been obsessed with a dark red lip and a less dramatic cheek and eye. I have a couple people to thank for my recent obsession. One is Erica from June Pearl Beauty for experimenting with a dark lip to the GoDaddy holiday party a couple years ago, my friend Sommer for wearing MAC lipstick in Diva to remind me how much I love it, and lastly my sister Casey for giving me my Christmas present early (yes, it was MAC lipstick in Diva.)

Knowing that I wanted a dark red lip, Erica gave me a neutral eye. I still wanted the white shimmer near the tear ducts, a strong brow, and fake lashes. I’m not one for the natural look. I’m so happy with how my make-up turned out. I love it when Erica does my make-up because I know I won’t have a single worry. Plus, she comes to my house which helps me to actually be on time for an event rather than running all around town.

I highly suggesting booking in advance for any event with Erica. She has been freelancing for years, but recently branched out on her own to put 100% of her time and effort into her business, June Pearl Beauty, and she’s doing everything from wedding make-up to make-up classes, and everything in between. She did my make-up for my wedding, my engagement photos, the past three GoDaddy holiday parties, and she did two of my best friends weddings, so I have a long track record with her too.
