These same pieces of jewelry are great for layering and mixing different metals and stones. I’m very excited to style these four pieces of jewelry from Ann Revere Jewelry in the images above, but for once I’m not actually talking about fashion or styling in this blog post. I am sharing information about an amazing cause that Ann Revere Jewelry is supporting during the month of February.

Baby2Baby is an organization focused on providing low-income children, ages zero to 12, with diapers, clothing and all the basic necessities that every child deserves. In 2016, Baby2Baby served more than 125,000 children and delivered 13 million diapers to children across the country during the past five years. Three years ago they launched an initiative to ensure every child has a safe place to sleep and fulfilled 100% of the requests made for a crib or bassinet.

The owner of Ann Revere Jewelry, Allie Phillips, is a long time friend of mine who I’ve known since elementary school. My dad coached our basketball team and then her dad coached the next couple of year’s basketball teams too. I remember running around her house with face peels on and she taught me how to wash my own hair in the bathroom sink. I don’t think I’ve washed my hair in the sink many times since that sleepover, but what a great skill to have when you’re in a pinch! Later in life we both became Wildcats at the University of Arizona and now she lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband Ty. We reconnected recently because I saw that my favorite #girlboss Mindy Kaling wears Ann Revere Jewelry on The Mindy Project all the time.

Most recently Allie shared the details of Baby2Baby with me and how she is donating 25% from every sale during the month of February!! Which is incredible! I’m not surprised at all. Allie is still the kind, generous and truly authentic person I remember from our basketball days. Plus, what a great excuse to purchase amazing jewelry and support a local business owner. Since Allie is from Phoenix, her family is still here and she sells her jewelry at local boutiques like Bunky Boutique in downtown Phoenix, I still consider her local. She also sells her items at Twig & Willow in Long Beach, California. In Oregon, you can purchase her items at Live Edge and also Sweet Jayne.

Even if your New Year’s resolution was to shop less, you can always buy something for a friend! Your friend will love that 25% of their purchase went to helping babies in need. Or head to annreverejewelry.com to create a wish list and send a list of the items you want to your significant other (or your parents, whoever your Valentine is this year) for your Valentine’s Day present. Lastly, please take a moment to share this blog post, social media posts, and/or this link to the Ann Revere Jewelry’s website that talks about Baby2Baby. Every share, mention, comment, tag, etc. spreads awareness about Baby2Baby and helps one more child receive diapers, clothing and basic necessities that every child deserves.

  2. I went through her website the other day and she has beautiful delicate pieces. Can’t decide what I want but I love any company willing to give a hand. Great cause!
